Step 1: Pack your travel bag, case or box with your ski gear.
Step 2: Place your gear inside your travel bag, case or box and secure the contents. A lock is recommended, however, is not required.
Step 3: Check to make sure the weight and dimensions match up with the packaging guidelines for what was purchased.
Step 4: Attach your shipping label securely to your travel bag, case or box with clear packaging tape or a luggage (shipping) tag. We recommend that you reprint a copy of your shipping label and place the copy inside of your travel bag or case.
Step 5: Prepare your gear for pickup by placing your package(s) in an accessible location with the shipping label facing outwards and clearly visible. If you elected to have your golf clubs picked up, the pickup will occur between the hours of 9AM and 6PM on your pickup date.
Box (Recommended) – Place your ski gear inside of your travel bag and slide the gear into the box. Take clear packaging tape and secure both ends of the box. Secure the shipping label to the outside of the box and make sure to cover the entire label with clear packaging tape.
Soft-sided or Canvas Travel Bag – If there is not a hard plastic surface to attach your shipping label, a box or durable shipping tag is highly recommended. If you are unable to obtain a box or tag, the label will need to be laid flat on the canvas material and wrapped 360 degrees around the travel bag.
