As a reminder, Ship Skis requires that you ship your gear in to your destination at least 1 business day prior to your first date needed. Please also keep in mind that shipments are guaranteed to arrive by the end of day (with the exception of select Next Day Service options) and our logistics partners do not provide standard pickup or delivery service on weekends. Generally speaking, residential deliveries will occur during the afternoon or early evening hours. Business addresses will typically have deliveries during normal business hours for their location. Once your gear arrives to the destination you will receive an email notification from Ship Skis. If you have created a round trip shipment, please bring your return shipping labels with you to attach to your travel bag, hard case or box. Ship Skis will schedule the pick up on your return date and you will receive an email when your gear has arrived at the return destination.
*Please note that a signature is not required at time of delivery, however it is ultimately at the driver's discretion as to leave a package unattended at an address.
