Changing your Pickup or Drop Off Date

Our team understands your plans can change. No need to worry! One benefit to being partnered with the most reliable carriers available is the flexibility it affords us to reschedule pickups. To request a new pickup or drop off date for your order, please send us an email to  customersupport@shipskis.com.  Please include the name on the order, your original pickup or drop off date and the new requested pickup date. Once received, your request will be reviewed by our support team and any changes will be confirmed via email promptly.  There are no charges associated with these changes.
