Shipment Protection

Included with every domestic order at time of purchase, is up to $200.00 worth of Shipment Protection coverage. This coverage is extended by Ship Skis only after our team has exhausted all available options to expedite delivery prior to your arrival. Itemized receipts must be submitted for reimbursement of covered expenses.

Submitting Receipts for Reimbursement

To submit your receipts, simply click the button below and fill out the necessary form. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team.
 

Shipment Protection Terms:
Shipment Protection coverage is offered in the form of a reimbursement check that will be mailed to your attention upon approval of submitted expenses. Any 3rd party fees incurred at the expense of Ship Skis to expedite delivery, will be deducted from the final reimbursement amount. If a package is delayed due to excessive size or weight, any additional charges incurred by Ship Skis will be deducted from the final reimbursement amount. We kindly ask that itemized receipts are submitted to customersupport@shipskis.com within 14 business days of the original scheduled delivery date. Proof of skiing in the form of a receipt must also be provided if any items were purchased at a retail location. Ship Skis reserves the right to determine qualified expenses as well as the final reimbursable amount. Maximum reimbursement will not exceed $200.00 per delayed package.
