At Ship Skis, we truly care about the safety of your winter gear. For this reason, we require that your skis and snowboards be packaged in either a soft travel bag, a hard case or a box. If you have opted for a pickup, your shipment must be properly packaged prior to 9 a.m. on the day of your scheduled pick up. Packaging materials of any kind will NOT be included with your order and the driver that collects your shipment will not be equipped with packaging or labeling materials.
If you have elected to drop off your shipment, a box may be acquired from a nearby FedEx Office Print & Ship Center or a UPS Store. A box is not required if your winter gear is packaged in a hard case or soft travel bag. We do always recommend calling a location beforehand to ensure that any necessary shipping supplies are in stock. To find a store location near you, please click here.
IMPORTANT: Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. Ship Skis will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
