How to track your Ship Skis order
Our integrated tracking technology allows you to track the status of your shipment at any time with just the click of a button. Access the real-time location of your shipment from your confirmation email by selecting your Ship Sticks tracking ID (beginning with ‘SS’ followed by a series of numbers and letters). What time you can expect your skis to arrive
Although delivery times do vary depending on the selected service level and the delivery location, all shipments are guaranteed by the end of the day. Most residential deliveries tend to take place between the hours of 1 p.m. and 6 p.m., while Next Day Air/ Overnight deliveries often carry an earlier commit time typically around 10:30 a.m. Ship Skis does not require a signature upon delivery of domestic shipments, but it is up to the carrier’s discretion whether he or she feels comfortable delivering without a signature. As soon as your shipment is delivered, you’ll be notified via email so you can start skiing and snowboarding as soon as possible!
