We understand that your winter gear is important to you. That's why we require your skis, snowboards and snow boots be packaged in either a soft travel bag, a hard case or a box. Luggage may be shipped as-is in a duffle bag or roller bag, but using a box as the outermost packaging is a great way to protect the exterior of your luggage, too.
If you have opted to ship using a soft travel bag or hard case, please ensure that all zippers and compartments are secured in a closed position. Pack your gear to the weight allowance depicted on your order. Please be advised that exceeding the maximum allowed weight may result in additional fees and delays in transit.
The barcoded shipping label may be attached to a flat, plastic surface using clear packing tape. Be sure to cover and attach the entirety of the label with tape and smooth out any wrinkles. DO NOT apply the shipping label directly to canvas or fabric materials. If a hard surface does not exist, please use a corrugated box or luggage tag. To learn more about luggage tags, click here.
IMPORTANT: Shipping supplies are available at most carrier drop off locations. Prices and fees may vary and are charged at the discretion of the carrier store. Ship Skis will not be responsible for any reimbursement of shipping supplies.
