We understand how important your winter gear is to you. That’s why we require that skis, snowboards, and snow boots be securely packaged in a soft travel bag, hard case, or box. Luggage may be shipped as-is in a duffle or roller bag, though using a box as the outermost layer adds an extra level of protection for your gear.
If you’re shipping in a soft travel bag or hard case, please ensure all zippers, buckles, and compartments are securely closed. Pack your gear according to the weight allowance shown on your order, as exceeding the maximum limit may result in additional fees or transit delays.
Your barcoded shipping label should be attached to a flat, plastic surface using clear packing tape. Cover the entire label, smoothing out any wrinkles to ensure it’s fully visible and secure. Do not apply labels directly to canvas or fabric materials. If your bag does not have a suitable hard surface, please use a corrugated box or luggage tag instead. Important: Shipping supplies are available for purchase at most carrier drop-off locations. Prices and fees vary by location and are set at the discretion of the carrier. Ship Skis is not responsible for the reimbursement of shipping supply costs.
