International shipments are subject to customs screening, meaning customs agents will review not only your physical shipment, but the accompanying documentation, too. That said, our international team will ensure all of the proper paperwork is submitted to the appropriate parties. Some international shipments will require the collection of particular travel documents (passport, flight itinerary, etc.) necessary for a seamless transition through customs. Upon placement of your order, our international team will notify you if any documents are required for your order and, if so, what is needed. These items will be submitted directly to our international team who will handle any communication with customs to clear your shipment.
