Ship Skis recommends selecting a delivery date at least one business day prior to your ski plans or your arrival. For example, if you have ski plans around 10 a.m. on Monday, we ask that you select the preceding Friday as the date of delivery. Because all of our deliveries are guaranteed by the end of the day, we cannot ensure that your shipment will be delivered prior to your ski plans if the delivery date selected is the same day as your plans. Please be advised that our partnered carriers do not pick up or deliver shipments over the weekend.
We also recommend adding an additional business day or two of transit time when shipping to a remote location or shipping during the holiday season and ask that you plan accordingly. An early delivery will ensure that your skis and snowboards are where you need them to be, when you need them to be there.
If you are planning to schedule delivery to a location (other than a private residence) well before your date of arrival, please reach out to the destination to confirm if storing your shipment(s) for an extended period of time will pose any issues.
