Heading abroad? Read these tips before you place your international order so your shipment goes smoothly.
- Use your legal name: enter your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Shipping on behalf of someone else? Enter their details in the Traveler Info step when you book.
- Avoid carrier facilities: some carrier locations don't accept shipments. If you've exhausted all other options, we can request that your shipment be held at one, but we always recommend shipping to wherever you're staying or skiing instead.
- Double-check the address: whether it's a postal code or a street name, addresses abroad can be very different from those in the United States.
- Shipping to a particular country may mean that your shipment and its contents must meet certain requirements. Additional documentation for customs purposes may also be needed for your international shipment. Keep an eye on your email inbox after placing your order for a message from our international team stating what documents, if any, are needed for your upcoming shipment.
- Read the instructions page: when you print your international documents and labels, read the instructions page that comes with them. It lists common prohibited items and explains how to attach your shipping labels.
