Your pickup date is the day a carrier collects your shipment from your home, hotel, lodge, or business. You choose it when you book, and you can change it later if your plans change.
How to choose your pickup date
- Go to shipskis.com, enter your locations, and click Get started.
- In the Shipping Options step, click Choose pickup date instead.
- Pick your date on the calendar. You'll see the shipping speeds available for that date, each with its delivery-by date and price. Pickup adds a small fee to your shipping cost, and the price shows during booking.
Which dates you can choose
- Any business day, Monday through Friday.
- Not holidays, because carriers don't operate on them.
- A day your shipment will be packed and ready. For the trip home, that's usually the first business day after your last day on the mountain.
On pickup day
- A FedEx, UPS, or DHL driver collects your shipment between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Have your shipment packed, labeled, and accessible for that whole window.
Prefer to drop off instead? Dropping off at a local carrier store has no pickup fee and no window to wait for. Use our store locator to find the nearest location, and drop off before the store's daily cut-off time so your shipment begins transit that day.
