A carrier can collect your shipment from your workplace on any business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ShipSkis charges a small fee for pickups.
Before pickup day
- Make sure your bag is packed and clearly labeled.
- If you can, let your mailroom or reception staff know about the pickup.
Where to leave it
Leave your shipment wherever carriers normally collect from your building, such as the mailroom, shipping area, or reception desk. Drivers usually go straight to that spot, even if your order lists a suite number or floor.
Who collects it and when
- If your business has a regular UPS or FedEx pickup, the same driver will likely collect your skis, snowboard, or luggage.
- Business pickups usually happen during regular business hours, which vary by location and carrier, and sometimes later. Have your shipment ready well before the driver is expected.
Prefer to drop off instead? Dropping off at a local carrier store has no pickup fee and no window to wait for. Use our store locator to find the nearest location, and drop off before the store's daily cut-off time so your shipment begins transit that day.
