You can cancel your entire order online, as long as it isn't already in transit. Canceling stops your shipping labels from working, and you'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Canceling your order:
- Open your order tracking page — use the tracking link from your confirmation or shipping emails, or log in at shipskis.com and go to Manage account → Manage orders and click View details on your order.
- Click Edit order.
- Choose "Click here to cancel your order" at the top of the page.
- Confirm the cancellation. Your refund will be reflected on the page.
- Click Continue to refund, then click Refund to complete your cancellation.
Cancellation fees: If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date, there's no cancellation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of your pickup date may be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Refunds are made to the original form of payment and may take several days to appear on your card, depending on your bank's processing times.
