You can change a bag's size online, as long as your shipment hasn't shipped. Changing the bag size requires printing a new shipping label. Not sure which size fits? See What Bag Size Should I Select?
Making the change:
- Open your order tracking page — use the tracking link from your confirmation or shipping emails, or log in at shipskis.com and go to Manage account → Manage orders and click View details on your order.
- Click Edit order.
- Click Change/Add next to Bags and follow the prompts to make your change.
- Save your change, review the Order Summary, and process any charge or refund to your card on file.
You'll receive an email confirming the update. If your change includes a refund, it may take several days to appear on your card, depending on your bank's processing times.
Sizing up or down: sizing up is charged and sizing down is refunded — the difference is shown before you confirm.
