If you would like to cancel your entire order, you can do so online. However, please keep in mind you will not be able to cancel your shipment if it is already in transit.
1. Edit order screen.
First, you will need to go to the edit order screen to remove a bag. Navigate to ShipSkis.com and click on My Account > Shipments. Click on the tracking ID of the shipment you would like to cancel, and click "Edit Shipment."
2. Choose "Click here to cancel your order."
Once on the edit order screen, choose "Click here to cancel your order" at the top of the screen.
